STANDARD TIME FRAMES
As all orders are made to order our standard processing turnaround time is approximately 2-4 weeks, this does not include postage, postage times do vary, although the order is mailed within the desired time, once it leaves our store there is no guarantee on next day delivery, please allow up to 1-5 days for shipping.Please note the standard time frame can be pushed out during busy peak periods.
URGENT ORDERS
Orders required within a 2 week period are considered “urgent” and fall out of our standard processing time frame of 2-4 weeks. Orders that are flagged as Urgent will be processed within a 2 business day turnaround and shipped with the shipping method selected.
** Please note – Selecting express shipping should not be confused with production timeframes. Production timeframes are listed within the product description.
We do however recommend express shipping to allow your item to arrive quickly and safely, the longer the product is within the hands of couriers, the more likely it is to be damaged.
SHIPPING TIMES
We generally use Australia Post for all orders shipped and aim to have them there on time for your event. The standard delivery fee is $9.99 and express $14.99.Postage times do vary, although the order is mailed within the desired time and with your preferred method, once it leaves our store there is no guarantee on next day delivery, please allow up to 1-5 days for shipping.
COLLECTION
Orders can be collected from our Home base Studio in Menai, Sydney. Once your order is complete you will be sent an email or text to liaise an appropriate pick up time for both.

What do I Get when I order your products?
Well, you would get a completely unique personalised keepsake of course! Not to mention, we signature wrap all our products individually, including a handwritten thank you note.
Do you use Stickers or paper wraps?
Absolutely not! We pride ourselves in being completely unique in our Market where we melt all our designs into the candle wax, along with applying foiled fonts into our wax too!

I need to cancel my order! What do I do?
We are happy to refund you your entire order, so long as we haven't started production on your personalised items and it is cancelled within a 48 hour period from time of order.
Can this Candle be Burnt all the way down?
This is a decorative keepsake item which should be lit over several ceremonies of your childs life. It should not be burnt down as it may pose a risk to you. Anyway, why would you want to burn these gorgeous candles!!?? The look beautiful displayed in a cabinet or in your childs room somewhere!
